"Hi, this is Casey Atkinson from Willie Driving School here in Logan, Utah. I'm going to give you some tips about driving in traffic. First things first is you want to have a lot of distance between the cars in front of you. Even if it's...traffic's backed up way close to your car, make sure you have good distance between your car, usually a car distance. And when you're...when the cars actually start moving, make sure you have about two to three seconds behind them. So when a car in front of you passes a stationary object like a sign or a hobo or a tree or something like that, you start counting: one, 1,000, two, 1,000. And about two seconds or three seconds is a good place to be away from that car -- good distance away from the car. Another tip is make sure you look well ahead. Check for stoplights, what color are they. Check for traffic jams. Keep your eyes ahead. Don't just stare right in front of you."
