"Hey, I'm Chelsea Bagozzi with suburbanheresy.com, and I'm going to talk a little bit about helping get rid of some of the dark circles under your eyes. Some people have some issues with dark circles, and the main reason for dark circles is usually hereditary. Sometimes there's not much you can actually do about it, but sometimes you can. A lot of the time, dark circles come from lack of sleep or from diet or because you have a lot of toxins in your body. So if you have dark circles, the first thing you're going to want to do is drink a lot of water. Start chugging water and cleanse out your system. That's going to really help get rid of those dark circles. It's going to hydrate your skin and your skin will look better and it will help get rid of some of those dark circles. Also, vitamin D is really important to help get rid of those dark circles, and you can get that from being out in the sun. You have to be careful because the sun can be very damaging to your skin, but it's also extremely beneficial. So if you go outside for 10 or 15 minutes a day and sit in the sun, that is going to help your skin a lot. That vitamin D is really important for your skin as long as you're not getting too much of it. And then lastly, some home remedies you can do is you can, you know, cut up cucumbers and put them on your eyes. That's really helpful. They're very cooling and they can help with puffiness and stuff like that. And you can also use a honey mask. You can use some honey and dab some honey around your eyes and leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off."
