"My name is William Perkinson and I'm here to tell you what is a carpet grabber? A carpet grabber is a rubberized mesh that goes under an area rug. Have you ever walked into a home or entry hall and there is a beautiful rug on a hardwood floor and it slips out from under you? This can be very dangerous and it is not healthy for the rug either. It can damage the rug when it moves around so what you want is some of this rubberized mesh and it comes in large pieces and you cut it to fit. It is available at most large retailers and it is fairly inexpensive, easy to use, pull the carpet back. We'll roll out our mesh that has been precut and sized to our area rug and fold our rug back over. Now when you walk into the house the rubberized mesh grabs it immediately and locks it in place. There is no danger to you or your guests and it helps to protect the rug. Now if you don't have the rubberized mesh and you need a carpet grabber in a hurry you can always use a rubberized drawer liner, it's exactly the same, it's just a little thicker and also you could use double sided sticky tape would also help. Basically that is a carpet grabber. My name is William Perkinson, thank you very much."
