"Hi, my name is Miss Nancy, and I'm an elementary school teacher in Tampa, Florida, and the mother of three. And today, I'm going to show you how to curl ribbon. The first thing we're going to need is, of course, ribbon. And the second thing we're going to need are scissors. Now, if you have kids around, they can easily do this with safety scissors. First thing we're going to do is take a length of ribbon. It's just using arm length. And then we're going to cut it just like that. You're going to take the length of ribbon that you want to curl and wrap it around your scissors like that so it's nice and tight. Put your finger over it, but make sure not to squash your finger in those scissors, and then pull the ribbon tautly. And you can hear it as it's going. You can hear the edge of the ribbon cutting against the scissors, getting rid of some of those ribs. And there you have a curled ribbon."
