"Hi, I'm Miss Nancy. I'm an elementary school teacher and here in Tampa, Florida, and a mother of three. And today, we are going to learn how to make a pom pom bow. All you're going to need is ribbon and a pair of scissors. If you have little ones, remember, safety scissors are always best for them. The first thing we're going to do is take a lot of ribbon. I don't just want one arm length or two. Let's do a full three arm lengths of ribbon. And then we're going to cut it. It doesn't matter if you cut it lengthwise or at an angle, just make sure to cut it. Here we go. Now, loop it up just like that and do it again. Pull it up top and then down, up and then down."
