"You know, during emergency situations when food is in short supply, it becomes extremely important how to calculate emergency food rations. Hi, I'm Captain Joe Bruni and what I'm going to talk about is how to calculate emergency food rations. During emergency situations and during emergencies when food is in short supply, it's advisable that you calculate at least two-thousand calories a day for each individual when it comes to the emergency food ration. Also, approximately twenty grams of protein a day and oils and fats also should be considered, keeping in mind that the amount of protein required for smaller children would be less than that of an adult. Also keeping in mind that it would be more for pregnant and lactating women. But approximately two-thousand calan, calories a day divided up into your basic proteins, fats and oils would be the proper way to calculate emergency food rationing supplies. I'm Captain Joe Bruni. Stay safe."
