"Hey, my name is Addison, from Captain Bill's, and I'm explaining to you guys how to teach volleyball. I'm going to take it from a coach's perspective, and a coach would tell you, there's three main points in teaching volleyball. First main point, is you want to make sure all of the players know all of the rules. It would be very embarrassing if you were in a tournament, and one player didn't know any of the rules, and you lost the tournament, so you want to make sure that each player knows each of the rules of the game. Second main point, is conditioning. In volleyball, you need to use a lot of endurance, and use a lot of muscles, in order to play volleyball, so you want to make sure you are eating right. You want to make sure you're well hydrated during games. You want to make sure that you are conditioning. Your lower body is used, but your upper body is used a lot also, so you want to make sure that you are doing a lot of conditioning. The third main part is scheduling and commitment. When you have a team, you want to make sure that each player is very committed to playing and practicing, so you want to make sure that each player can be at a practice, at a scheduled time. Also, when you practice together, you can work on different drills to better your game, or better your team's game, so when you're practicing, if you have the team together for long periods of time, the team chemistry could grow, and the team could play better, as they get older, because they played together, and know exactly how everybody else on the team plays, so if you put all those three main points together, you will have a successful team, and you'll be able to teach volleyball very well."
