"Hi, this is Sheldon Bradley and we're going to talk about buying DVDs online. I would say first begin your search online for a specific title; in that way you already one step ahead of everyone because you're going to find better bargains online than you would at a retail store. So I would say, start looking for that specific title and we just and we would just start right now by doing a simple search in a search engine right now. So, let's do that right now. Okay, once again we're going to go back to my favorite search engine which is Google and we're going to do a search on one of my favorite DVDs which is Saving Private Ryan, also a pretty good movie and I really enjoyed it. So what we're going to do is just a simple search for it. As you can see here, we come up on a few places where we can make that purchase. We have a few websites here with the price hits $10.99 and $16.45 at CD Universe, but of course you know, we can find a cheaper; so we're going to amazon.com where we went last time and they have a list price of $14.99, but here they have it on sale for $9.99 and it's also available free shipping. And they also have a hundred and twenty seven used and new ones for $4.45 here and that's a pretty good deal; so, but this time let's go to ebay.com and see if we can find an even better deal. Also, we'll go here and we'll type in a search for the DVD here on Ebay and they already have it here. Okay, we'll see there's a hundred and twenty three DVDs found here and they have it new for $9.25 and used for $3.99 which is so far better than either one of the choices we had better. And if we'll scroll down here we'll see that they have it here for starting bid at $0.99 which is a really good steal right there. And we're going to scroll down a little bit more to see. One thing you want to be weary of is when you see "no case or art"; basically these are bootlegs, so you want to be careful of the bootlegs. But every now and again, it may be someone that just doesn't have the case or went out. So we'll click on this one here for $0.99 and we'll look here; one thing you want to look under the description and make sure that it's the correct one that you're looking for, check out the condition and all those things. Make sure it's the right version that you're looking for. Also, you want to check the seller's rating here. So make sure, you know, that you're getting a good product. So the bottom line is when you're making a purchase online for DVD is what type of service would you like to receive; like return policies, discounts, shipping preferences, etc. I would advice that you check the credibility of the rating of some of the lesser known online retailers through consumer reviews or just check with anyone you know personally that has shop with a particular online retailer. But if instinct gratification is what you're looking for, then I will suggest online retailers like Itunes or Cinnamon Now for high quality DVD downloads that you can purchase. And as a side note, most newly-released DVDs or hard copies and some downloads can be pre-ordered online and shipped to you by the release date so you can avoid some of the long lines at retail stores or just have to go pick it up, they can send it right to you or you can download it. So, those are a few things that, a few sites I will go to and a few things that I will look for when buying a DVD online."
