"After an interview it is always very important to send a thank you note or a thank you letter. Hi, I'm Hazely Lopez director of Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling and I'm here to talk to you about interview ideas for a thank you note. Today's technology helps us a lot in delivering different ideas, email, fax or the regular hard copies. But the key to always having a good successful card or thank you note is to of course think about the writing, make it thoughtful and look professional. The best time to deliver that letter would be the day after your interview. You may want to go ahead and put the name on top, the address and your phone number. This way it goes in compliance with your resume. The letter is a great opportunity to either make up for your interview or follow up if you had a good interview. If you had a good interview, it's always great to take that next step and go ahead and maybe make your way going to the second interview. If you didn't have such a good interview, then you go ahead and make sure you put all those little notes and things you forgot to talk about that may go ahead and give that second opportunity to you for that second interview. Always remember that saying thank you is a polite and mannered thing to do. It definitely makes a difference between you and other competitors that are in search of your position. I'm Hazely Lopez from Hasely Academy of Refinement and Modeling and I wish you all the success in your interview."
