"Hi I'm Laura from youngwritersworkshops.com and I'm going to talk about how to write a training plan. A training plan consists of your objectives and then how you are going to meet those objectives. The more details and broken down you can make each of these objectives the more of a plan you are going to have to work from so start with what's your end goal and then what are all the subgoals or objectives that you want to meet in order to become trained and to become able to accomplish some things. By doing that you'll be creating an outline. You will start with a linear list of what things are to achieve this outcome. The more people that you can talk to and get their feedback on how they've achieved that goal that will give you some insight and you'll get a little more idea of how you are going, what sort of subtasks are the learning goals within the plan are going to be by talking to people that have that experience. You'll also want to write several drafts and make sure that you haven't left anything out, have people review it, make sure that the end result of this plan is going to be for the person to be able to achieve the desired outcome. So be sure to include a lot of time for practice in your training schedule so whatever it is that you are trying to accomplish leave room in the schedule for each learning objective to be rehearsed and rehearsed again so that it can become a part of the repertoire of the person who is undertaking this training. So to sum up create a plan that has small steps that are achieving a larger goal, make sure to review the plan carefully so that you haven't left any important steps out, get feedback from other people and then be sure to also include lots of time for rehearsal within the training plan. Those are some steps for how to create a training plan."
