"Hi, there. If you have a sinus infection or sinusitis and are interested in using aromatherapy to help it, I can tell you two ways that are really quick and easy and effective. Now, the first way is through inhalation and my chosen method, and the one that I make for all my friends that have sinus infections or sinusitis, is I take a aromatherapy inhaler. There are different aromatherapy oils that you can use. You want to use a decongestant and three of those are eucalyptus, rosemary and spike lavender. Any of those single oils or any combination of those three are wonderful. My chosen method, like I said, is to put them in a little inhaler so you can put it right underneath your nasal passages and those can help decongest those inflamed sinus cavities and open it right up. You can also breathe them through different ways like through an air spray or through a facial spritzer, as long as those oils are going through your nasal passages and they can affect your sinus cavities. Another easy, and quick, and effective way is to make your own aromatherapy oil, using those essential oils. You can take one ounce of a light oil, grape seed, and put either spike lavender, eucalyptus or rosemary, from six to twelve drops of those and one ounce of oil. Take a little bit and dab it on all those congested areas around your sinus cavities. Along your cheeks, not under your eyes because that's thin right there, but along your cheeks, under your nose, along the bridge of your nose and across your forehead, and just dot that oil on there and those oils will go to work on those sinus cavities. You can even just do some gentle pressing to help relieve that sinus congestion, where you topically applied those oils. So, those are two really quick, easy and effective ways to use essential oils and aromatherapy to help sinus infection. I'm Sundae with Natural Sundae and good luck."
