"Hi, my name's Veronica Baragas, with mywigglesandgiggles.com, and I'd like to share with you how to cope with diaper changing struggles. Now, this can be a messy, messy time for anyone, but some of the things that I use on my changing table is I like to put a little mobile, or maybe hang a few you know objects from the top where their head is faced. That way they can get a little action, something to look at. Sometimes you know you have to kind of get em' ready and and settled, kind of talk to them. That's the best time you know to talk to them is when you're up close face to face, and you're able to you know talk with them about what you're doing, and what's going on. So, it could range from child to child. Sometimes a little restraint is necessary, but nothing too much to where you're going to hurt your child. But definitely you know, take the time to get to know a little simple strategy. Maybe you might have to use an extra arm, or you know kind of talk to them over here. If there's another person handy you know get them to get distracted a little bit, but figure out what's going to intrigue your baby. And like I said, what I found best was hanging a little mobile if you can, or a little something for them to look at or look up at and be distracted while you're changing. And as you go along your changing abilities will get better and faster, and it'll it'll it'll get a lot easier. And hopefully you know, if you're lucky enough to have a baby who enjoys their diaper changes it won't be too difficult."
