"Hi, my name is Veronice Baragas with my wigglesandgiggles.com and I would like to share with you how to get a toddler to sleep. Now, if you haven't notice by now, it could be a very, very tricky situation. There are a few things that are key that can probably help along with the process. You know distinguishing of course as silly as it may sound day and night. Try to keep your baby or your toddler active during the day and if you haven't converted to your one nap a day yet, this maybe a good time. You know in the mornings, it maybe a little tough trying to get them to stretch out to that one nap but if you are successful with it, it maybe very beneficial. Also, try to get them on a good bedtime routine. Make sure that you start you know your bed and bath and books, song whatever it is you plan on keeping as a consistent routine. Start it at the same time and make sure you know this is what's going to happen every night before bedtime. So, it kind of calms him down and gets them into that mentality that's time for bed. So, try to get with you know good activities during the day keeping them very active kind of wear them out. It also helps keep you health and active but definitely try to convert to your one nap if you're not there yet and it will help for a smooth toddler night sleep."
