"Hi, my name's Danny. And I'm from Tampa, Florida on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to talk about how to use and maintain a band saw. OK. Now I'm going to talk about maintenance. And since I have the cover off, since I change, changed the blade. You want to go through and actually make sure the bearings are alright. Make sure they spin freely. Make sure nothing's loose. You're going to want to check the belts. If they're cracked or if they're too loose you want to make sure everything's tight. Usually when you have the cover off too you want to spray everything out. So, I just hook the line up to the air compressor and make sure you have your safety glasses on so you don't get anything blowing back in your eyes. And you just want to spray everything out. To make sure it's nice and clean. And if everything looks good, throw the cover back on and you can turn it on and you're ready to cut."
