"It really can be easy to plan meals for bachelor cooking. Hi, I'm Alexis Sparkman and today I'm going to show you how to take a rotisserie chicken and make it last for three days. First night, when you eat the chicken, you probably want to eat it hot, right from the grocery store. You can add a salad, you can add a baked potato, you're good to go. The next day take the chicken that's left over, pull it from the bone, you can take a whole grain tortilla, add some canned beans, a little bit of cheese, and wrap those pieces of chicken up, you've got a burrito for you next meal. Then, with the final pieces of chicken, the third day, toss it with a Caesar salad and you've got a grilled chicken Caesar salad. You're ready to go. You've planned a meal to last you for three days. With just a little bit of planning you can make left overs into an exciting new entr?e. They don't really have to be boring. Consider use for the first day, something a little bit different for the next day, and finishing up the third day, salads come in handy at that time.
