Summary: In spades mirrors, each player must bid the number of spades they have in their hand. Play the spades mirrors card game and bid nil on zero spades with tips from a card game enthusiast in this free video on playing games.
"Mirror, mirror on the wall, oh hi, my name is Dean Hale, and I'm going to teach you a game today, called Spades Mirrors. Spades Mirrors is actually a fun game to play, and it's pretty simple. You play with the same rules as you would in a regular Spades game, except when you bid, you have no choice. If you have five Spades in your hand, your bid is five, so you bid the number of Spades that you have in your hand. Your bid mirrors what's in your hand. The only time you can bid nil, is if you have no Spades, so again to summarize, you play Spades the exact same way. The deal goes around the same, thirteen cards for each player. The suit, the Spades, the numbers, they're all the same, except your bid is determined by how many Spades you have at your hand, at the time that you make your bid, and you can only bid nil, if you have zero Spades. My name is Dean Hale. That's how to play Mirror Spades."
