My name's Brian Kelly. I'm the wine consultant here at Cave Spring and Cave Spring of course, is a vineyard and winery in the Niagara Peninsula. We are known for our Riesling wines, specifically. One of the largest producers of Rieslings in Canada, and we are a vineyard and winery that focuses on quality wines that are grown on the slope of the Niagara escarpment. The retail store is located in the village of Jordan, here. It's a small village, very unique shops that we have here. The winery, and of course the famous Inn on the Twenty Restaurant, which is right next door to us. We're a family owned business here at Cave Spring, and we've been a business since 1986 as a winery, and 1978 as grape growers. So originally started out as grape growers and then, in the 1980s, we converted into making the wine as well as growing the grapes. This is the home of the old vintage wines of Cave Spring. We've managed to keep a few bottles of everything, dating back to our first vintage wine, which is 1986.
