"You have received another traffic citation. The second or third of which you've received in the last month and you've decided I'm going to fight this myself. Hello. I'm Robert Todd and I'm here to answer the question how fight an officer's traffic report. Well, again at the outset if this is something you have never done before I strongly urge you to consider hiring a lawyer who regularly defends traffic citations and know what they are doing. This is not a time to learn how to do it on the job training. But, if you insist that you're going to represent yourself and you're going to fight the officer's traffic report be sure that you get it before the traffic court hearing takes place. You want to have an opportunity to request it beforehand so you have an opportunity to read it, review it, check it for mistakes and outline how you're going to attack it. The day of the traffic court hearing is not the time to look at the officer's traffic report for the first time. I'm Robert Todd and thank you for watching."
