And now unfortunately this is going to be a tough time for your little one. So whatever you can do to help them would be great. So what we can start off with is definitely positioning your baby on your lap or somewhere close to you so they can fell that comfort and warmth. I would start off with definitely maybe trying to slowly you know kind of massage their lower back to upper back. A little bit of pressure you know with maybe a little bit of patting as well. One of the best things you can do as well is help rub their tummy, now it wouldn't be so much of a massage but just a circular motion over their stomach with some pressure and sometimes it helps relieve. Aside from massaging as well you can kind of put their legs into a, if you position the baby here, put the legs into a like a bicycle motion. That kind of helps relieve the gas as well. So not only massaging the tummy and the back of the belly, will help with the gas or colic but if further, if it you know keeps up and you are having more trouble then you, you know anticipated I would definitely consult your doctor."
