"Hi, my name is Veronica Baragas with My Wiggles and Giggles dot com, and I'd like to share with you how to massage a baby in your home. Now, we know that this is really an exciting thing, and the best thing is that you don't have to pay someone to do this; that you can do this yourself. So what I would do is find a nice soft area; maybe your bed or even a nice blanket on the floor, and I would position your baby, maybe kneel down, and just face him in front of you on their back, and I would start from the shoulders, and slowly do circular motions, from the shoulders down to their fingers, down their arms, and then you can do the same to the front all the way down to their toes, not forgetting their legs. And depending on, you know, or what age your baby is, you can kind of roll him to the sides and do circular motions from the back all the way down on both sides as well. So, this is a really easy process. I recommend, recommend circular motions, but, you know, you can decide what pressure you'd like to use and what not, but your baby will enjoy this very much. And you can choose to do this as little or as much as you'd like. You can do it on a daily basis; two, three, times a day. The best time to do is after they've taken a bath, and you're, you know, putting lotion on their body. That's one of the best times to massage. It's very simple and easy; just remember not to press too pressure, but your baby will let you know."
