"OK, the drink we're about to make is Champagne Celebration. And first thing we're going to do is grab our champagne flute here, and get that ready to go. And put some ice in a glass, and a little bit of ice on the bar, whoop, there we go. And let's measure out half a shot of Cuantreau, there we go. And also, one half a shot of brandy, there we are. And we're just going to chill those two ingredients a little bit, just give it a quick shake. That'll do it. And set up our champagne flute here, and go ahead and pour those ingredients in, grab your strainer, that's the start of it. Now, we're also going to give it a dash of bitters, there we are. And throw in once cube of a sugar. Last thing we're going to do is fill it the rest of the way with some good old champagne. And you want to pour it pretty slow, because that's going to fizz up pretty good on you, especially with the sugar in there. Fill it up to the top, alright. And that is a nice drink to enjoy on New Year's or at any celebration you have going on. Bottoms up."
