"Alright the drink we are about to make is called a Goodnight Kiss. This drink is great for the end of the evening to end off a great night. So first thing we are going to do we are going to take a sugar cube, drop it in a champagne flute. And we are going to take some bitters and just put one drop on there, careful. This could be a little difficult after a long night of drinking. But there we go. One drop, right on the cube. And set up our glass and we are going to do four ounces of some bubbly, some champagne. Alright pour that in. There we go. And finally we are going to do a splash of Campari. And that's going to give it a nice little red color. And if you didn't add enough champagne like I just did, you can add a little bit more. And here we go. Enjoy your goodnight kiss. Bottoms up."
