"Hello my name is Fj Cava and I have an MBA from San Francisco State University in entrepreneurship. I'm also owner of the Bayview Webspot here in San Francisco. Today I'm going to talk to you about how to write an effective business plan. You need to have several components. One is the executive summary which is no longer than two pages which should be the beginning of the business plan so that people can read and not have to read th entire business plan if they want to find out what idea you have to start a business. Next you need to have a marketing, a management, and finance component of your business plan. These are very important and are vital in order to be effective in your business planning. Finally there needs to be an appendix which would need to contain all the financial data that you have for your business plan so projections or a profit loss statement, cash flow projections and a projected balance sheet. That's how you get an effective business plan."
