"Hi, my name is Misty, and I'm going to show you how to decorate outside for Halloween. First, pick a theme. Don't get overwhelmed by how much space you have, or trying to fill up your whole lot. Either pick a theme that will span the space, or pick a specific area you want to focus on. I chose this area, and I thought it suited well for a graveyard. I have some decorations I got at a craft store, but you don't just stick it in the ground. With this one, and with all of them, I've created a ridge around the decorations. It makes it look like the hand is actually coming up out of the ground. If you just stick it in the ground, it's not going to have that same effect, and it's Halloween, don't think pristine. I took a gravestone that I bought, and I broke it up. It's creepier that way, and every space needs characters. You can make your own characters, getting some old clothes, and old masks, and some cardboard, or you can purchase your characters, depending on what style you want. Always remember, be safe, and have a happy Halloween."
