"The next thing we are going to talk about is turning out left into traffic. If you have got a multi lane road usually there is a center lane between the yellow lines that you can use to get out into traffic if you have traffic coming from the direction that you are trying to travel but not from the other direction. Then you can just wait until traffic coming in the opposite direction clears and once you have got an opening you can turn out into the center lane, check your mirror and make sure there are no cars coming in the lane to the right and then gently merge over into that lane and continue down the road."
