"Rome is not only famous for it's beautiful historical monuments, and the lovely people who you meet there, or merely help you in your every days. But, there you find really good food. First of all, in the morning, drink coffee, as the real Italians do, espresso, especially. And, eat pat pasta, which is pastry in the morning. Or snack, standing up, because that's cheapest. If you sit outside in their restaurant, or in the cafe, then you have to pay much more than standing up at the bar, eating something really light. For example, a sandwich, or a kind of pastry, or something that the real Italians do, and eat. A second really interesting and important thing, is when you walk around, please, try to avoid all the American fast food restaurants, where junk food is offered. It's bad for your health, and it costs an awful lot of money or broke, maybe it's much more expensive than in your homes. And, you just have to explore what Italy's all about, especially Rome. If you don't have that much money, if you're on a short budget, you should get in a pizzeria, and buy a quick slice of pizza. It's not expensive at all, but it's real Italian. Rome is especially famous for it's nice pizza's. The other thing, we really want to suggest to you, is to avoid touristy areas, where you're going to be definitely over-charged. So, search for the smaller and hidden places, follow the crowds, and if you walk along a restaurant where you find many, many people, than you should get in. And do, what the locals do, or ask around, or buy a cheap travel book, where you will find many, many nice options. Where to go and what to do in Italy as well. Rome is really famous for it's nice restaurants, but it might be expensive a little bit. So, a quick pizza or a sandwich on your way, will be better off."
