"Florence is really famous for its really nice restaurants, fairly expensive restaurants so you should know that there are other tips as well, other advice where you can follow in your trip in Florence. First of all when you wake up in the morning you should stand at a bar and drink an Expresso in the morning as old Italians do and eat pastry next to it. The other thing you have to learn is that a cafe where you can sit outside in the sun is always much more expensive than standing at the bar because they charge for the service as well, they charge you for that. A second important and really interesting thing you have to keep in mind is that the Italians in Florence are famous for the tripe. A tripe is a fancy Florentine sandwich which is served mostly with their sparkling wine. This is mostly for the adventurous people. The other thing that you have to keep in mind as well that you should make lunch the main meal of your day. If you sit in a restaurant and you want to eat a dinner that is what you should forget about because sometimes the lunches contain the very same dishes as the dinners but anyway the dinners are always much more expensive, much costier than the lunches so make the lunch the main meal of your day and maybe for dinner you should sit outside, lay outside in the sun and picnic. Purchase the fresh vegetables, the food, the meat, the bottled water or a bottle of wine in the Sundurezo market where all the locals go every day to purchase the daily groceries."
