"Hi I'm Kerri from Zebra in Berkley and I'm here to tell you what is ear stretching? So ear stretching is when you take a normal ear piercing hole and make it into a larger hole. Some people can do that on their own at home and I would recommend prepping the area with some kind of disinfectant or anti bacterial soap. And then if you have a bath tub take a bath, lay down, soak in there and let your skin get really warm and stretch. Hot shower works as well. Or you can use some sea salt in a tiny cup and kind of stick your earlobe in the cup, let it soak, let the skin and tissue get very moist, and stretchy. And then take the piece of jewelry that you want to insert. Ideally it's too mush bigger then the hole that you currently have. Use some kind of lubricant. I suggest A and D ointment. You can use Vaseline. You can use Neosporin. Lube up the jewelry and basically your just going to support the back of your ear while you push the jewelry threw the front of your ear. If it doesn't go on its own, don't force it. You're trying to go too big."
