"Okay. Now we're going to do on the end of this rope, we're going to do a double 8 knot, just as we did there, but now it's a little different. I'm taking the rope, put into two like this. I hold it like this. You see one hand comes from here like this; the other hand comes from here like this. Now, I'm doing the same thing. You take it around one time as you can see and again and through the hole, just like this. Okay, now we're doing a double 8 again, now this time coming through the back of me so you can see it good. Okay, I take the the rope, I put it together. Now, I put my hand, my right hand like this on top of the rope and my left hand beneath the rope. Now, I go like this, again, another one and this goes straight in here. As you see, I pull up and there we got a double 8."
