Well that's of course going to depend on what city you live in and where you are going to go. You can go to Hong Kong and get it done for $10 an eye but of course you add in the airfare and it is going to cost you a lot more than that. But seriously depending on the area you are in you could probably pay anywhere from $35 to $45 per eye to have it permed but then again you also want to consider the professional person you are going to seek and have it done, the salon, how many they have done before, add all of those things in and your price is probably going to go up. But you also want to consider that this is dealing with your eyes so you want to have someone who has done a lot of them who is a professional and knows what they are doing.
