"Are you in the process of losing weight, and you would like to find an alternative, or some herbs that can help you with that? No problem. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant, and today, we're going to learn how herbs can help you lose weight. What I personally recommend to my clients is something called herbal tea that is actually made out of green tea. Green tea has some fabulous properties to help you burn the extra fat. It helps boost your metabolism, so not only you get more energy; it decrease your need or want for unhealthy snacks, so decrease your appetite a little bit, but it helps boost your metabolism. And when you boost your metabolism you have more energy, you burn more calories without eating less or more. That's the nice thing about utilizing herbs for weight loss, and the one that I would recommend would be green tea. It will do wonders for your health. That is as simple as that.
