I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant, and today, we're going to learn how to make a herbal bath to help you relax and soak your worries away. Keep it simple. You will need a quarter cup of fresh thyme, a quarter cup of lavender buds, a quarter cup of rosemary, and five to ten drops of eucalyptus oil -- essential oil. Put all the herbs into boiling water, let them simmer for a little while, and then discard the herbs away and pour the water into your bathtub. Add the five to ten drops of eucalyptus, and you are ready to soak all your worries away. It is as simple as that. This is the way you make a herbal bath.
