"Hi, I'm Chris Bryce from superservice.com. Let's talk about how to get rid of a computer virus. There are a few ways to go about this. The first way is to go online to an online scanning service such as HouseCall.antivirus.com or to Symantec's Norton Internet Security Check. Now with either of those products, that's a free online scan that allows you to check your computer for viruses and spywares first, and then allows you to try and clean or delete those viruses if it finds anything. Now, if it can't clean or delete them, you may need to look at an actual software solution that you would get from a retail software provider or retail outlet store for computers or electronics. If you get a retail solution, you'll get the software that's an antivirus software such as PC-cillin or Norton Internet Security or maybe even McAfee Virus Scan. You'll install that software on your computer and the first thing it will do is scan for viruses and remove anything it finds. If for some reason it still can't get rid of that virus you may have on your system, that's the time that you need to take it to a professional computer store and have them check it out for you. But those first two are the best ways to try get rid of the computer virus that might be on your system."
