And some of the best paying areas for nurses to work in, I believe, would be emergency room, or...in urgent care where you have to deal a lot with triaging patients, you know, whether they need to be seen there. Whether they can be sent somewhere else. I think psychiatric is another big one, just because there are so many different areas that you're dealing with. You know, people's minds are quite intricate. So, I think those are some of the ones that are probably the best paying. I know, as from working in a clinic standpoint, and from a hospital standpoint, that you get...nurses get paid more working in a hospital than they do in a clinic, just because they don't work, you know, the real long hours, and, and have to be on call and things like that.
