"The oldest building of the Capitol complex hosts the visitors' center. It was constructed in 1856 and designed by Christopher Conrad Stin. You can see it resembles a medieval castle with its round arch styling. Guest of the visitor's center can view a variety of exhibits featuring the Old Land Office and Capitol Restoration, just to name a few and can witness firsthand the spiral staircase made famous in Old Henry's Murder at the Old Land Office."
