How to Make a Pouty Lip

"Okay, so there's just a few things you need to do to get a perfect lip, so let's go through them. Hi, you're in the right place at the right time, I know you've had questions over and over, how do I make my lips look full, my girlfriends lips are full, everyones lips are full but mine. Well today, I'm going to show you, how to make a pouty lip. My name is Sylvia, by the way. So my trick is, take a little concealer or foundation, and simply color in the lip. We do this because we want both the top and the bottom lip to be the same color. Sometimes we have a little discoloration in our lips, and the color doesn't quite come out like we want it, or if you bought a lipstick and you've put it on, and it doesn't look like what you thought it was, to get a true color, just lighten the lips a little with a foundation or with a concealer. Make sure to use a pencil, don't overdraw the lip, simply stay on the line of the lip, like so, making a soft line. Now remember, your pouty lip does not have to be red or a bright pink, it can be as close to your natural color as possible, that way it looks natural, it feels natural, and you don't scare yourself when you look in the mirror. Take your pencil and outline it, and then simply color the lip in, like so. I like to use natural colors that best compliment the natural lip color, because it's really easy to get use to, and you don't have to worry about a color being too bright, or too out there where people are going to say, wow, she's really got some big lips.
