Now, in my experience as a beauty professional, Vaseline is something that we use only for certain items on the body. Does it help your eyelashes grow? Well, it may help to moisturize the eyelash. It may help you to remove eyeliner and mascara from the eyelash but actually helping the eyelashes to grow, this is something you might want to experiment with at home and if you're going to do so, make sure and use very little Vaseline around the eye using a cue tip.
