"Hi, I'm Ken Kashabura, personal trainer and free lance fitness writer. And this is what people do to stay fit. You don't need a gym membership to stay fit. There's plenty of things you can do without a gym membership to stay fit. You can do body weight exercises. You can do your push-ups, squats, lunges, and abdominal and core exercises. And that's pretty much going to work your whole body. You can go outside. You can use a track. You can just use the sidewalks. So go out there. A lot of high schools and junior highs when during non-school hours, those place, facilities are available to jog around the track or do some push-ups around the track, have an overall good work out. If you're healthy enough to exercise, there's no reason why you really shouldn't. Schedule it in your day whether it's before you go to bed, when you wake up in the morning. Try to find any time during your day to help you stay fit because while you're staying fit, you probably going to have a good chance of staying away from a cardiologist and surgeons. So that's a good motivator for why people should stay fit. I'm Ken Kashabura and that's what people do to stay fit."
