Hi, I'm Ken Kashabura, personal trainer and freelance fitness writer. Here I'm going to tell you how to choose a jogging outfit. Did you know that when you're running, the temperature outside's going to feel about fifteen degrees warmer? So, if it's going to be fifty degrees outside, you ought'a think that's going to be sixty five when you're actually running. Okay? And the colder it gets, the more layers you want. So for your top, you might want to start off with a tank top, you know, if it's hot. And then as it gets warmer, you can get a dry fit, short sleeved shirt, and then it gets a little colder, you get a long sleeved shirt. All right? And then even if it gets really cold, you can put on the...you can get you some running gloves, a running cap, or a hoodie. Now, all of these clothes, you want to make sure that they wick away moisture, okay? That way, that whenever you're running in the cold, then you're not going to be cold because your body's all wet. Same thing goes with your running in the hot weather, because when you're running hot, you don't want to have clothes that are going to be holding you down when it's hot. So you want to get those clothes that are going to wick away moisture. What you want to think about when you're picking out shoes, is you want to pick out, whenever it's warmer out, you want to pick shoes that are breathable, and they have...they have, like, vents in 'em. And as it gets colder, or if it's wet outside, you want to get more shoes that are waterproof, and they're going to keep your feet warm. I'm Ken Kashabura, and that's how to choose a jogging outfit.
