"In this clip, we're going to show you how to solve DSL setup problems in Windows Vista. I'm not employed by, or affiliated with any of the websites or products demonstrated today. Okay, for a DSL connection, and make sure you're able to connect properly, you're going to open the network and sharing center. So, you're going to look for the icon at the bottom of your screen or the right side of your screen, highlight "network and sharing", open that window, and then you're going to go to the left side of the screen and you're going to say, "setup a connection". You're going to go down and you're going to connect to the Internet and double-click "set-up a new connection". And for DSL, you want to make sure and click on the broadband icon. Here you'd put in whatever your user name is, and then your password would be the password that your ISP gave you. And then, make sure you click "remember this password", unless you want to have to enter it each time you log on. And then if you're going to let other people use this connection, you want to make sure and click this tab, otherwise, leave that blank and then hit "connect". The first connect to your network, you're going to go down and click on "network and sharing center", and when that opens up, you're going to go to "connect to a network", and that will bring up all the networks that are available to you. And then you double-click on that, and it will make a connection. And that's how you can solve setup problems for DSL and Windows Vista."
