"OK we have the front of the car up in the air, it's on the jacks still. Now it's time to place the jack stands underneath just like with the jack, the jack stands need to be placed on a structure component, could be the engine cradle, could be rocker panel pinch weld, any part on the frame. So we're going to slide these in, there's actually two structural components that go from the back up to the front on each side. So I give this a good point, put the jack stand in safely and also let us keep the front of the car level. About there on each side. Now that we have the jack stands in place in front of the vehicle, we're going to use the jack down, let the jack stands do their job, slide the jack out and we're going to head to the back."
