"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make this delicious creamy eggnog cheesecake. Now I'd like to discuss the equipment that you'll need for your eggnog cheesecake. The different pieces are actually quite few, but they are specialized so you'll want to take note. You'll need of course a measuring cup and a measuring spoon. There aren't a whole lot of ingredients so you don't need that many. And then for our more specialized items, you will need a food processor, and for the processor you will need to have this type of blade, and this will be used for both grinding up the graham crackers so that you have graham cracker crumbs for the graham cracker crust, and also for for mixing our cheesecake, we're going to do the entire thing in the food processor, which will make things very easy. I'll just be adding ingredients in from the top and mixing it all up, no worries of splatters. The other important piece is of course our pan, now you want to have a nine inch spring form pan, this is very important for cheesecakes because in order to get them out of the pan you have to be able to take the sides off. This is a really nice pan because it has a edge around the bottom so that you don't have to worry about your cheesecake dripping out instead of most of them which don't have this edge. And then finally a fun little tool, this will be used for tamping down the crust into the pan. This is totally not necessary, your fingers work just fine, but it's kind of fun and keeps your fingers a little bit neater than they otherwise would be."
