A stellar resume really goes beyond the basics, in terms of your resume. You absolutely want to make sure that your objective statement is clear and concise. I highly recommend that you have several, and you want to tailor it to the particular job, that you're interviewing for. Highlight your accomplishments, and awards. If you've done something really great, like increase sales by two hundred percent, for your company. Make sure that's highlighted, and make sure that you put two hundred percent, the actual numbers, 200 and percent. If it's an increase, make sure that it says increase. Make sure that you have the action words, that companies may be looking for. What the stellar resume does, is set you apart. It includes your accomplishments. It highlights things that you've done, to help improve the productivity of the company that you're currently working for, or previously worked for.
