"How to write a proper cover letter? It's something that I get ask often. I'm Gloria Campbell with Advances Training Systems and I've got some things you must do. Let's take a look at some things that you have to make sure and include in your cover letter; your address, your name, today's date, any employer information such as company name, the name of the person you're sending the letter to and also their title and their address. You want to include why you're writing and additionally, why are you qualified for that particular position. Here's where you really begin to do your selling and you can begin to shine. Always write in the present tense, not in a passive voice and then also make sure that you say your best for last; your close and your summarization because that's really what people are going to remember. Several other things to remember; no. 1, always sign your cover letter, blank ink is preferable and make sure that there are no grammatical or spelling errors. Spell check works great.
