"I'm going to show you how to shake your ass like Beyonce. Basically, just shake your butt. Mostly a female thing usually, but guys'll do it, too. You want to release the glutes, all right? So I'm going to turn around and start the basic shake. What you want to do is, you want to feel like you're moving your hips side to side, all right? And as much as possible, you want to gyrate your hips, and then it becomes faster. All right? All right. Basic butt shake. All right? There's a lot of variations going on now in hip hop, all right, and basically they'll..they'll add like, pops in there. It'll pop back. Basically what you want to do is, you want to release your glutes, all right. So you don't want to hold any tension in here so that you can gyrate your hips. All right? And once you release your glutes, you want to practice like, popping it. And most pops happen back now, they pop up. So you want to think about, like someone pulling up the back of your trousers. All right? You want to think about someone pulling up, so that your pelvis tilts. Bop....bop...bop..bop..bop..bop. All right? And that's how you shake your ass, like Beyonce."
