Is isolating you muscle groups and making them extremely tense. Alright so it's kind of like the wave except your, you know going to break in down and It's not smooth it becomes edgy. Alright it's also known as ticking. Alright a huge thing in hip hop. Alright and basically you want to make sure that you isolate. Alright you just want to make it hard and edgy. Alright and you get like I said again like the best way to practice waving or ticking or pop locking. Is to practice in front of the mirror and make sure you look at yourself. Alright you can probably go pick up hip hop video and watch a bunch of people pop lock and get some ideas. So you can try and play around with them. Bast thing about hip hop or pop rocking is that you can add your own creativity. Alright there's no right or wrong answer. Ladies and gentlemen that's pop locking."
