"I'm going to teach you how to grind. I'm sure everyone's been to a club and seen other people dance and been a little bit uncomfortable if you don't know the basic steps to the grind. So what want to do is rest a little bit in your plie, gentlemen especially because your generally with a female. Alright and you want to just ride your hips from right to left, alright. And basically you want to start with a step touch almost. Step touch, but don't bring you feet together keep them nice and wide as if there were a body standing in front of you. O.K. from there you're going to sink down in your plie, and your just going to roll the hips. So you want to start with out to one side back around alright, out to one side, back around, alright? And that's the basic grind and you could vary it as much as you want alright, by pulling one leg forward the hips are still going to do the same motion, they're going to go from one hip to the other alright back to basics. So there it is again you want to sit down in plie like there's a body in front of you want to ride your hips from right to left alright. Ya, you can change it out by doing one leg in front of the other. That's how you grind."
