"I'm going to show you how to do the Crip Walk. The C Walk is also known as the Crip Walk and basically, what you want to do is you're going to go on the toe of your left foot, and you're going to be on the heel of your right foot, and as you, what I like to call a Grind, you're going to shift right, like a chug, and then you're going to alternate. Alright? Usually, normal people do it, people will do it one, one and double it up. One, one and double it up. But you can do it however you want to. Alright? So it goes one side, one side, double it up, one side, one side, double it up. Alright? And what you want to make sure that you do is that you're on the toe of one foot, and as you're on the toe, you're going to rotate out on the heel of the other foot. Alright? That's the Crip Walk."
