"When trekking to the slopes pack for extreme conditions, varying temperatures, comfort and safety. The first thing we should put in mind is that we have to pack several turtlenecks, thermals and sweaters for layering. A big one like this. Pack one heavy duty parka and one lighter fleece jacket. This is very important as well. Remember accessories for every part of your body. Take a hat, goggles, scarf or a neck gator, gloves or mittens, and ear muffs or a headband. All these you have to pack as well, and of course a sun cream is essential as well, a lip balm, aloe vera gel and of course sunglasses, just in case. Maybe a torch is useful in the mountains as well. Take not only one, but several pairs of socks because wool socks are ideal for heat insulation. And last but not least, pack after ski boots with a warm lining and a comfortable after ski outfit."
