Europe offers many different travel and vacation destinations. Many within a short train ride or drive. Some of these destination have extreme weather changes. It's cloudy and rainy in London. It's warm in Spain. Knowing what to pack when heading for the beach or slopes in Europe can eliminate potential misery of being too hot or too cold. Pack the right clothes and pack smart. In this free series of videos on European travel, get tips from an experienced travel agent on what to pack for some European spots and cities like London, Paris and Rome. She explains what to bring for the weekend, to the beach, the slopes and for cold-weather destinations. Preparation is the key to enjoying the wonder of Europe.
"For a weekend trip, those clothes should be packed in, which can be interchanged and mixed. It's really good then. And first of all, you have to put a big jacket in the luggage, it's really important. Secondly, you have to put a travel sized toiletry in the luggage, only with the necessary things in it. And of course, a black and a white T-shirt will work well on your way, as well. Like a black one and a white one, or they can be sleevers or loafers as well. In case of cold weather, take a scarf with you and take a thermal as well with you on a weekend trip. Don't forget about a pair of blue jeans, your favorite one. Thermal and of course three pairs of underwear and two pairs of socks. Bring a wallet, your I.D., your cash, your organizer and of course, something to read on the way as well. In order to get the directions, bring a big map with you as well. This is the easiest way to pack for a weekend trip. Do we need to include in the small toiletry bag, it's really easy: a hairbrush, a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, a deodorant, razor, moisturizer and makeup maybe, so only the most important things you should include in these toiletry bags."
